An inquiry or website message does not create a binding order. An order becomes effective only after the parties confirm the applicable commercial document and required payment is received under its terms.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, layout and SHANWU brand materials may not be copied for misleading or unauthorised commercial use. Buyer-supplied logos and artwork must be authorised by the buyer, who is responsible for its rights to use them.
